Rules for Awarding Videos, Seminars ,Courses and Tutorial Resources
Our website divides resource contents in 2 main groups:
- Code Content
- Multimedia Content
Code Content
Code Content encompasses these types of commercial contents:
- Trading Softwares
- Trading Systems
- Trading Indicators
As the title implies, Code Content is anything that can be processed and executed by the computer as instructions. Most of the time, these types of content needs *fixing/patching* of the licensing protection scheme so it can work in any computer.
Multimedia Content
Multimedia Content refers to the type of content that can be played or displayed only. These types of content does not have any execution code inside it at all, thus, making its licensing scheme very very easy to bypass and copy across computers.
Multimedia Content encompasses these types of resources:
- Ebooks
- Audio Books
- Videos
- Courses
- Seminars
- Tutorials
Awarding Currency for each type of Content
Due to the fact that Code Content is more difficult to distribute and share among multiple computers since most of the time it requires the intervention of the *patcher/reverse engineer*, we have reserved the Wealthpoints
TM pointing system for its exclusive use.
For Multimedia Content, they will all be awarded under the Librarypoints
TM pointing system.
In summary, the pointing system used for the two main group of Resources is as follows:
Code Content: Will be awarded in Wealthpoints
TM(W$)
Multimedia Content: Will be awarded in Librarypoints
TM(L$)
Given the nature of Multimedia Content to be easily copied, the awarding ratio is set at 1:1 based on the cost we establish for your contributed Multimedia Resource.
Below is a table compiling all the attributes of the two points systems:
Here are some example scenarios:
Example 1:
Contributor A uploads and posts a Multimedia contribution Seminar called "
Back to the Future Market Prediction Seminar" consisting of 3 ripped DVDs in DivX format. We check the resource and establish that it is worth a cost of 6000 Librarypoints, thus, Contributor A is awarded 6000 Librarypoints into his/her account.
Example 2:
Contributor B uploads and posts a Multimedia contribution called "
Back to the Future Market Prediction Seminar". Yes, this is a duplicate of the above example 1, so NO Award is issue and the duplicate post is put in the repository storage.
Multimedia Content Contribution Standards
Rule 1
All videos submitted must be in file format, we do not allow submission of links to streaming content online. Please find a way to download the videos yourself from the online source and store them in a file in your computer.
Rules 2
Videos submitted must have a size of at least 320x240 with 256 colors as a minimum.
Rule 3
Contributing videos from different authors in bunch form is not allowed. Please take time and make a good contribution post as well as spend some time to classify your contributed resources, we do not have time to sort out your mess.
By bunch form we mean packing several different authors videos/seminars/course in a single contribution post.
An example of a bunch contribution title is as follows: "
50 Videos and Seminars for Trading Forex", "Motherload of Videos for Trading Futures from Different Authors", "Hundreds of Trading Seminars and Videos from Successful Traders".
Rule 4
Please make sure all your Multimedia Content you intend to contribute come from a commercial source, has an authors website and a price page. We dont like and will not accept Multimedia Resources that are widely free on the net or are just demos or made for the purpose of marketing something. The thing to remember here is tha tif you can download it for free from somewhere on the net, we can do so as well, so why award you something we can get for free as well ?
