OK, this is a very special community, and it has plenty of services which others probably not have. This is why such a thread exists to introduce our unique services.
Guaranteed Downloads
We keep backup of all programs, indicators and systems (and probably most books [all valuable materials will be backed up]). You must be able to get what you want (so you will never meet the case where you contributed a lot but finally you found out the resource has been gone for good!).
Report any dead link to us so we can correct it as soon as possible (to ensure zero frustration!).
If we don't have the backup in rare cases, don't be worried. We will refund the wealth in full to you unconditionally.
Request for Cost Re-evaluation
We developed a detailed and objective proprietary algorithm called VAPUM to assign the cost of each resource available here because we want to be objective (no personal preferences or set high costs only for stuff one is interested only!).
[A bit background about our VAPUM algorithm. Those factors are arranged by priority: Verifiability, Availability, Popularity, Utility, Misc (Price, Company Size)]
The problem is the algorithm is rather complex and it takes quite some time and human power to complete it. Currently it takes about 20-30 mins to complete just one evaluation. Thus we don't do a full evaluation most of the time.
If you believe any resource is being set at highly ridiculous cost, you may request for appeal (cost re-evaluation). If the result turns out to be:
- Lower than the original. We will lower the cost instantly.
- Higher than the original. We won't change the cost now. Instead we will give some time for members to get it before adjustment. We will give about 5-day notice on the thread. You, as the requester, can still get it at the original (lower) cost after adjustment.
This evaluation is usually final (sorry no further appeal at this stage). One may request for appeal again after 3 months as new data may emerge.
Reassurance Before Download
Are you worried that the resource you want doesn't work at all? Are you worried that it is fake? No worry any more. If you suspect any resource shared here for *any* reason, you may use the report button to notify us about your request. We will send one of our staff to test again and report the result to you.
Note: Most of the stuff shared in the old days have been tested extensively and should be working. But since we don't keep track of what is tested or not, we decide to apply the principle of "guilty until proven", any resource that we are not 99% certain will be tagged at "not tested".
Full Refund Policy
(hehe... we use wealth here so we have a virtual refund policy too
)
- In case if we indicate the release is "tested and works perfectly" but it doesn't, use the report button to inform us. We will fully refund it to you once confirmed *. (If you simply post on the forum, we may not notice your refund request, so it is better to use the report button)
- If the release is "not tested" and you tested it but it doesn't work, full refund will be made.
- If the release is "tested but works partially", it is up to you to buy it or not. No refund will be made. We still keep releases which are "tested but works partially" because something working (although not perfectly) is better than none. However we would trash the "partially working" release as soon as we found a "tested and works perfectly" release.
- If you don't want to risk buying a release which is unconfirmed for some reasons (even though we have full refund policy), you can always request us for confirmation by using the report button. We will tell you whether this release DOES work or not.
* We may ask several testers to test it. After all the principles are if the majority can get it working, it will be treated as comfirmed and working. If only the minority can get it working, full refund will be made.
Clean Database
We keep our database as clean as possible.
There will be no trial which pretended to be patch.
There will be no bad cracks/patches which pretended to be working.
There will be no free stuff which pretended to be shareware (and charging you plenty to get it!)
We keep the information as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
We keep the backup of every single resource as far as possible.
We keep our community clean and healthy (we have zero tolerance on cheating or dishonesty affairs).
Help us to clean up the database by reporting us bad members or bad resources. As always, you can ask us for confirmation if you suspect any of the resources here is corrupt or not working.
