so since this not the new 2008 edition and only the content pages were taken from the new books webpage, i would kindly and in all politeness ask for a discount . I dont know if prices are negotiable at all, but i just dont have enough Wealth, to easily spend 7000 on that book, though i admit, that i really would like to read it .....

You can go to ebookee or gigapedia and bet it is not there.
What happenss if I lower the price ? There will be arbitrage of this on other sites.

If someone can prove me this book is available for easy download on other sites like the other 10W$ books, then I will lower it, other than that, this book has been a good W$ cruncher. Several members paid the price.
It might go lower in coming months, but not now without proof of abundance.

Here the W$ system is based on the availability of any resource. Since u must have noticed , there r hundreds of books which u can get for 10w$ ( which r normally not easy to find anywhere else ) But at times the moderators also should have that freedom to set his own w$ for some products.

So the prices over here is quite justified. Then too u may consider JoeDom's offer. Prove him u can get it cheaper n easier then this , and he will reduce the cost.
