On different topic, but to avoid opening new one, when you had sent me a PM I have a status
"You have 1 messages stored, of a total 0 allowed"
so I could not send or respond to it ?

Can you please tell me what is going on as I'm probably missing something obvious , but can't see. Appreciate your help.

Private Messages between regular member is not allowed.
Private Messages between Administrator and Regular members is one a one way process (Admin-->Member) So the member is just able to read the private message once.
This last Admin to member one way quirk behavior is not because we want it that way. It is because the website software was not designed with that capability in mind.
A good way to reach the Administrator is to post a message in the Confidential Support Forum. In that forum, member and Admin can have a confidential chat between ONLY the two.
