Admin Notice:
The use of this software release requires you to have Microsoft Internet information Server Installed(IIS). The reason is because the IIS Server will emulate Ninjatrader validation servers and make the software "believe" it is a licensed copy.
Unlike other patches floating on the net, this one does minimal patching and fakes the validation server making it a robust workaround.
For the time being, it ONLY works for Windows XP. Real traders use Windows XP

Free ? ? If you want to trade real live account with $$$ you need to buy a license from Ninjatrader otherwise you are stuck with paper trading.

This release licenses your Ninjatrader and you can use real money to trade your systems developed in Ninjatrader.
Document yourself more before saying this is free.

Moreover, there are various versions of Ninjatrader on the net that supposedly work but don't.

i know its not free for most but my broker provides it for free to trade live money.

any rate, i only use it for the the dragging the stop orders on the chart, which is the only thing the separates its from the rest, don't really use it for anything but that. just order entry and stops.

so if you could also post the "lesser" other net version for way cheaper that would be sweet.

Do you know how much you need to pay on monthly basis to get Ninjatrader with EVERYTHING actived?? Do you know how much time you need to fix this one?? Almost everything is encripted inside .... this "free" tool ....

I understand that you need to install Microsoft Information server from your first post, but where can that be obtained ? and does it run on the same machine where Ninja is installed or does one need to install the server on a different machine in the local network ?

will the whole stuff run under Vista64 ?


has anyone tested this already ? you write in your first post that it is not tested ?

Here are the Installation Notes for Ninjatrader 6.5 Multibroker. I corrected the title and it is Multibroker.

The IIS is included as an optional installation in Windows XP Professional I think.
If you have an Apache server with php you can make this work as well as long as you redirect the ninjatrader domains to the IP of the computer where Apache is installed.
The 127.0.0.1 IP is the standard way to say :"My Computer". This 127.0.0.1 address is set as a standard in the IP protocol to bacisally mean the local computer whre the software is running.
If you want to point to another computer inside the same network, you can do it as well. So instead of using 127.0.0.1 you can use something like 192.168.0.50 and it will search for the web server service in that particular computer. Just remember to set the proper firewall settings so that it does not block port 80.

Installing this baby is rather complicated for a user without much computer and networking knowledge so I recommend you understand this before you invest in this piece of hard to find jewelry.
