Find out information for this system on www.tradingmarkets.com (http://www.tradingmarkets.com),
it cost $10k and now they have stop selling it.. It is highly sought after..
In the link there are the manual .pdfs, while I have visually tested the rules and partially programmed the system, it is the real thing as I compared it with someone who actually purchased the system.

Someone with some tradestation knowledge could easily program the system and radar screen. this is strictly for educational use and not for re-sale. If you have any problems with this than dont download the file. If it is posted in the forum please post it through another user or anonymously, since this is a highly sought after system I dont want to be affliated with all of the noise that comes with it.

that being said, I have most if not all the trading markets stuff and some other rare systems and programs.. what I am looking for is the lastest Multicharts and Smart Quant as well as some other stuff you have on your forum.

this isnt that special imho

None of the tradingmarkets courses are rocket science, all are on this style; just very simple rules; when you see them you always ask yourself how the hell people can pay that money for those simple rules but people pay... i really think people out there is crazy!!

R3/R4 Method Trading System Tradestation 8.X ELDs (Open Code)

Moderator: Please incorporate these ELD's into the R3/R4 contribution on this forum since the contribution only contains PDF files explaining the method.

I took the time to create these ELDs based on the entry rules outlined in the TradingMarkets.com R3/R4 Trading Method.

One ELD is a Show Me indicator that plots a dot when a stock has met all of the entry criteria. The entry price for the next day also plots directly on the chart. I included a switch to toggle the entry price on or off.

The second ELD is a RadarScreen indicator that will allow you to quickly scan for stocks that meet the entry criteria. Both ELDs incorporate the different entry criteria for big cap stocks, mid cap stocks and low price stocks. You can choose whether you want to specify normal, big cap or mid cap rules using the "cap" input variable (rules for low price stocks are automatically determined). Both ELDs also include a toggle switch for the liquidity filter. If you do want to use the filter, you will need to input the new S&P liquidity value each day, which I have set up as an input variable. To help you calculate this value, I've included a separate ELD indicator called SPLiquidity. You will need to set up a separate chart with $INX as the main symbol and $TVOLSP as data2 for inserting this indicator into the chart. The current value of this indicator will be displayed on the far right. This is the value you will use to input into the R3/R4 ELDs.

Tested. Works, simply follow the instructions given by the original post.

1. The following is an AAPL chart.

2. Performing a simple conversion of the SHOWME indicator to a strategy with a profit target/stoploss of $5.00 on AAPL reveals the following:

Though the trades are fairly infrequent, it appears that the indicator has a reasonable propensity to give indication of potential areas to buy.

It seems that the concept of this indicator is to calculate a specifi RSI pattern followed by a volume confirmation. It also takes into consideration whether:
1. the last price is above/below a certain MovingAverage
2. Volatility/trending quality within the underlying stock

It is notable that this should not be used as a system by itself but simply as an additional indicator.

Good luck!
