Tradestation issue when you patch an installed version

I had a Tradestation account some months ago. However due to a financial problem, I decided to close it because I needed the account money.
Of course Tradestation closed my username.
However last week, when I tried to use Tradestation offline as usual, it asked me to get a connection before to go offline. Given that I have not a valid username I cannot make that connection.

Given that, I decided to patch Tradestation. The result was the same: I can not go offline because I need a connection first into tradestation servers.
Any idea about how to patch or solve this issue. ???

However the above mentioned patch works well, because when I did a clean installation of Tradestation in another computer it worked without any problem.

If you can tell us what version as well as what patch or *medifine/fix*(filenames) you used, someone will be able to help you.
From what I hear, you seem to be incorrectly patching something or maybe your installed Tradesattionversion is different from the one the patch wants to see. Some screenshots of your Tradestation will help immensely.

Happened to me also when i tried to login and typed a wrong pass. the solution i found is uninstall and reinstall it again with the patch we have here and it works ok again offline.
