Wealth and Experience [solved]

I have a question that I am a little confused on that I am sure you can clear up for me.

When looking at contributions made on the site are we required to have both the desired amount of wealth and experience to gain access to it or can it be one or the other?

It has to be both. You may choose to prepay first and wait until you satisfy the other requirement. Things may be changed in future since we are still developing it.
