The best thing to do, is to use the SEARCH function to be sure about what is posted or not ( except for the stuff already in Submission process, and not yet validated... - In this case, just ask..., to avoid duplicates. )

Of course, if you have some stuff related to Elwave 7.x / 8.x, and NOT AVAILABLE FOR FREE to the public, then, it should be very interesting to post it, for sure. ;)

Yes it is a good idea to search before duplicate. We have much much more than the stuff listed on our community but this is not the point. As long as the sharing hasn't been listed on the community, you can share it out. What we want is to encourage the sharing spirit.

It is advised that you just share it out if you wish. You don't need ask members whether they want it before you upload. It is due to the following reasons:
Someone will need it eventually. Even if the current members (who viewed your thread) are not interested in your file, other members (who are not here at the moment) and any future member may want the file. Current members who viewed your thread may change their minds and want your file too in future.
From the administrator's point of view, it always add values to the forum so administrators would always appreciate it.
Some members who are paranoid may think you are fooling them. There were some cases in the past that a member promised to share but it didn't.Simply speaking, just contribute anything that you have and you will get enough wealth and experience eventually.

PS: Once we get used to it, the submissions will be proceeded within 1-2 days so there is no need to ask. There is no problem if you DO make a duplicate thread in this case.
