How to use the ReleaseAssister? I don't understand by only reading the "Usage Guide" [solved]

I would like to meet all your archive standards so that I will receive extra wealth and experience.
However, I do not fully understand how to use the ReleaseAssister by only reading the "Usage Guide".
Would you please provide an example, tutorial or video showing exactly how to use this tool.

What don't you understand? Please specify. It should be pretty obvious. Please follow the instructions shown when you run the ReleaseAssister program.

The basics:

Select which folder you want to upload
Fill in Archive Title (required)
Fill in Installation Notes, if any. Remember to remove redundant readme.txt in your original folder since we will generate one for you based on your input.
Press "Step 1" button. A well-compressed archive will be generated.
Upload to Free File Hosting Made Simple - MediaFire (http://www.mediafire.com) (or any file hoster or online storage has unlimited file lifetime, and preferably no download limits)
Publish it on our community The higher quality of the software or material you share (or rather those which will be set at higher levels of experiences and wealth), much faster your promotion is.

If you still have problems, please point it where so I know how to help you.

You may try and post. Don't be worried about making mistakes. If you make any mistakes, the moderators or me will inform you so you will know how to correct it.

We currently don't have videos to teach how to use the release assister.

But if you get to know how to use it, you are invited to make some videos and sending them to us, so they can be of help to other future members to understand how to use the ReleaseAssister. We will award you handsomely for these video making efforts ! !:)

Over the years I have spent all my time trading and doing trading research and none on forums.
I'm sorry, since I'm new to forums in general I'm trying to learn what "should be pretty obvious".

OK, with that said, I understand steps 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Questions regarding step 1:
I understand this is the folder that contains the entire post of text and pictures.
I do not understand:
...What file or files need to be in this folder I want to upload?
...How to contruct these files in the folder?

I learn best by example, this is why I asked for an example, tutorial or video.
Please send me a folder (that contains all the files) of one of your ACTUAL posts on the forum.
This way I can compare the actual forum post with the actual folder that was uploaded.
This should be all I need to actually see how its done.

It is the files you want to share in the folder. If you want to share MetaStock 10 Pro and it is located at "C:\Trading\MetaStock 10", set it at "C:\Trading\MetaStock 10". You don't need to include special files. The program will do everything else for you. Then just follow each box to fill in the information.
